Take over tekst Yes or No

I have a workbook where I have to fill in three cells in each sheet.
The yellow cells are the input fields.
I start in sheet 35944
If I go to the next sheet (38745) I want to have the choice, Fill in Text Yes or No, if text from the 3 cells in sheet 35944 must be filled in 38745 and so on for the next sheets.
If i make the choice Yes, the same text has to be fill in.
If i make the choice No, nothing has to be done.
The layout names are yet to be appointed numbers.
