Deleting Rows in Sheet 1 conditioning on Values in Sheet 2

hi, I have a long range of data, with the first Column A being the date in the form MM/DD/YYYY,
the date ranges from 1/1/2004 until 12/31/2014.
These data is in "Sheet 1"

I would like to however keep only some of the dates by deleting the entire row for the dates I dont want.
The dates I would like to keep are listed in "Sheet 2" column A

Could anyone please help me implement this Macro, would highly appreciate your time for it.
I've attached the file as reference.
