View hidden pictures based on cell value

I HAVE WRITTEN SOME BASIC CODE TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN...HOWEVER I HAVE OVER 1000 CELLS THAT NEED THE SAME THING. I NEED A WAY TO SHORTEN THE PROCESS AND CANNOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO CODE THIS. I AM VERY NEW TO CODING. THIS IS A SAMPLE OF THE CODE I AM USING
