Combo box to match parent cell

Hi i have a few active x combo boxes and I have figured out hour to change the font and what not my question is can you make the list match the sourch material. for instance I have a lst of 100 names in the source column and those name are divided up into for groups and each group is color specific so group a the names are in red font and group b the names are in blue font is there a way to get the combo box to make this source fonts?

You cannot set the format of individual items in a combobox.
