If H10 is empty then do nothing

if H10 is say 3 then i want the formula to lookup company then look in the 14th col (contains 1.5) then times H10 by R10 (contains hourly Rate)

can someone tell me what im doing wrong in the formula and why its throwing up an error please

Now i get "FALSE" with above formula

the ultimate goal is if H10 = (example) 3 then lookup company find the 1.5 value (or what ever value is in col 14) the time the hours rate by 1.5 3 times

its will only be a max of around 7 and it also depends of the company pays overtime after 8 hours, your formula is refering H3 to 3 but thats wrong i need what ever is in H3. take a look at the sheet then look at H3 to see what its doing

this is a formula without the references needed but i can not use this formula because i need the references
