Possibility to use picture as control or click a button without macro

My issue is a bit complicated because I was investigating if it is possible to create a custom spin button.

The spin button increases and decreases to value and does nothing else.
You will see my screenshot that there is minus and plus sign (2 separate pictures) and the actual button which works perfectly.

What I am trying to do is : when - (minus) clicked the number must be decreased, and plus increases the value on d4
