Script to Search for a specific String then return cell values above that String-4

I am currently using this sript to find the data I am looking for. I believe there is a more efficient way to get it to do what I want it to do...Essentially I need a script to comb through garbled data and look for a string containing the phrase, "Special Interest Person (SIP)*", then move back up the data and copy/paste the string containing the phrase, "Entity RecordID" into a new sheet (SIPs). The one below will commonly freeze...
