Numbering add-in not working?

Hey Gang:

Please excuse the newbie question.

I have just re-installed (on a new Windows 7 Pro 64 OS) Office 2003 (yeah, I know...) of which Excel 2003 is a major component of my business operations. Since the installation, I have been unsuccessful in getting the numbering add-in/macro to advance the Invoice Number field in my Invoice template files. It WILL replace the field contents with the numeral 1, but subsequent invoices ALSO will be input with the numeral 1 (NOT incrementing).

Any ideas as to where I should start troubleshooting this?

I'm afraid that I don't know anything about the "code", but the add-in is "Tmpltnum.xla". Not sure how to share that file here, as there doesn't seem to be a way of attaching files to a post.

Sure there is.

To attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

Well, this feature WAS working on my previous computer running WinXP Pro 32 bit under Office 2003...
