Delete unwanted rows and update count of rows based on values

Can you please help me with code to delete the data which is not required and update the total count based on certain values.

Requirements :
I want entire rows to be deleted if the value in column B is "not suppresed" or if the value in column F is "CAXW"
and also i want to have the total count of rows in sheets ("Totals") for each value in column K based on regions in column L.
