Conditional Drop Down List

I want to create a document with conditional drop down list-

for example

Column 1	Column 2	Column 3
Set A	2, 3, 5, 7	Two (if selected 2), Three (If selected 3)...etc.
Set B	11 ,13, 17, 19	Eleven (If selected 11), Thirteen (If selected 13)....
Set C	23, 29	...
Set D	31, 37,...	....

Also one you select the next column previous column should be blocked.

E.g. If i selected Set B and Then 13 then I should not be able to change selection at Column (i.e. Set A) unless i select "Blank" in 'Column 2'
