Criteria Array to the cell reference

The string values in cell B1 will not be taken as array values unless they are read in to an arry. Assuming that you use "," as delimeter for all strings and that you don't use "" for each string in B1 i.e.
Oracle, Dell, Intel instead of "Oracle", "Dell", "Intel" a filtering macro like this could be used.
