Delete Rows that Have Duplicate Value by Using VBA

Hi All,

I'm need to delete rows that have duplicate value and they are continuous. For example, in row 23 and 24, both of them has the same value (same Ticker, same Time...). You can find this phenomenon in row 41 and 42, 78 and 79.
Can anybody have some clues about this by using VBA? Thanks for reading
