Networkdays calculation VBA Excel

Hi Everyone. I have written the below code which checks if L001 is in D2 and if it is puts a 0.5 in the cell next to it, if its L002 it should put the number of networkdays calculated from cells B2:C2.
It works fine when I do it for the first time.
Any time after that it doesnt work. Im guessing its because I have stated B2:C2 as the look up cells for network days and its not always going to be these it will follow on and be B3:C3, B4:C4 and so on

Can anyone help me, I have been trying to fix this for 3 days
