    Marco in insert blank lines

Hi, I am hoping someone may be able to help me. I have column C with numbers in it. There is also data in other columns. If the value of the cells in column C change, I want to add in three blank lines above the new value. At the moment I am manually highlighting the next new value as well as the next two rows and manually right-clicking insert to add in the 3 blank rows but given a have 100's of rows, wanted to speed the process up.

If someone could point me in the right direction Id be very appreciative!

    Thanks.
