Message box when in range....

My question is what should the code looks like (if possible) when to this I want that when in Range C20:C1000 I enter EHS a MsgBox pops up with "Agree?"

Works like it should work. May I ask you an other think.

How can I combinate a second macro in this workbook that when I open Excel it write me everthing in Uppercase. I have a working VBA code but I'm not able to run both at the same time.
