formatting to Proper Case for text box enrty on user form

I googled the problem but I'm still coming up with some errors... basically, I have a simple user form where a name gets input, and on execution gets written to the next empty cell in column B (and adds a record number), and I want to ensure the name is recorded in proper case. Here's my current code:

1) When you refer the object with "With" statement, you need to add period "." in from of related object.

2) Use StrConv function for ProerCase conversion.
i.e

  With ws2
    'Determine EmptyRow
    emptyRow = WorksheetFunction.CountA(Range("$B:B")) + 1

    AutoNo = Application.WorksheetFunction.Max(Sheet2.Columns(1))
    AutoNo = AutoNo + 1
    .Cells(emptyRow, 1).Value = AutoNo
    .Cells(emptyRow, 2).Value = StrConv(NameTextBox.Value, vbProperCase)

  End With
