How to compare text of same row in two different columns and return matching words?

Hi,
I need to compare two very long lists of company names. I wish to compare the name in col A with the name in the same row in col B and return the matching words in the same row in C. I have tried Fuzzy Lookup Add-in but somehow it does not work in Excel 2007.

The sample is attached with indicative results given in column C.

Any help will be highly appreciated.
