If formula then else Msgbox won't work

Hi all,

I am trying to write some code to refer to a value in textbox (txtlookup) find in on sheet 7 range B:B and return the values of that row into all the textboxes in the userform (Reg0 to Reg10). The first part of the code works put when If i type in a code intro txtlookup which does not exsist I get error 91. I thought if it didn't exsist ot would go to MsgBox "The code you have entered does not exsist"? Any ideas anyone?
