Excel Auto generate sheets with data in a summary VBA

Hi!

I'm new to VBA, I want to incorporate a program where in it will automatically generate sheets base on the summary provided which is I have done. my problem is I want to have a "title of window name" in every sheet during the generation of sheets. here's my program where I research and debug. hope someone may help.
