What is the best way to organize macro's for other users?

Hello, I am creating some macro's via VBA for some coworkers here and wanted to know what the best way to distribute them are? I want them to be able to use the macro's in the most user friendly way possible, and from what I can tell Excel doesn't make it very easy (currently having to open up the code and run it themselves)

I tried saving an add-in and adding it to their add-in folder but that doesn't seem to be working properly. Do you guys have any tips?

Notepad and have them insert them into there personal macros so they can run them whenever they want is how I deal with this...
