Multiple columns to one column.

I need to change multiple columns to one column.

Each row has got an ID. and a data. Under each column there are results that crossponds to the ID and the date. I would like to have all the results in one column. This means that instead of having one ID and date I will have multiple ID and date.

I hope I am dezcribing it cleasrly.
