NoSQL data to Excel

Hi

Has anyone on this forum ever successfully extracted data from a NoSQL database and imported it to an Excel in a sensible, readable format? I am trying to create some code to re-format just such an extract, but the data looks such a mess compared to anything from a relational database that I just don't know where to start! Any ideas very welcome!

The attached example workbook shows the data as it is output, it relates to family data for parents, children and extended family members (grandparents, parent's siblings etc) living at a single address. The file as output is in .txt format.

The second sheet in the attachment shows the format I woudl like to achieve - I would prefer not to have to use Excel for this, but I have no choice unfortunately.

(I've just added the borders to try to make it a bit easier to follow).
