Select specific only fields in data

Hi all

I need some assistance in tidying some data...

in the attached example you can see that members have a physical address only, some have a po box only and some have both...

I need to removed those with both and only have the physical address, however some have their email and phone information against the po box address..

I guess I need something to select the member number, their physical address (where they have a physical address and a po box), OR they have a po box only - AND their contact information.....

It is easier to explain if you have a look at the attachment...

In your Sample File, for duplicates, the PO Address ALWAYS preceeds the Street Address. Will this ALWAYS be the case?

I believe that the PO Box will always precede the address...

This Code appears to do as you require and assumes this...it can be modified to NOT assume...

for duplicates, the PO Address ALWAYS precedes the Street Address
