Hi , I'm seeking a formula to automatically find and replace from specific columns. It it even possible? screenshot below and sample file attached

I dont see the criteria for what get replaced by what?

Walk me through how you would select state5 in B3?

thanks FDibbins... so if I type "state5" into B3 , it will find and add "Washington" from the H column.
