Email once overdue date has lapsed

hi anybody able to help

I have this file attached. I need an autoemail to be send out to predesignated outlook address when column I(Overdue) is not blank.

The message should read out the ticket number in column B and the Due date in Column E and a message that it needs to be closed. Please assist.
