remove blank lines in text document before pputting data in excel

I have attached the workbook and one of the text files that excel reads data from and the problem I am having is if the data file has blank rows at the bottom of the page it will not call the data over and I get a subscript 9 error..it will work if there are no blank lines at the bottom of the page... id like to add something to my code to delete or skip those lines so I don't have this issue anymore...
so when the form pulls up when you open this excel document you have to enter 127195 into the textbox and see what I mean..
