Count only the current folders in a folder, skip hidden & system folders

I found this code which count only the current folders, but also count the hidden folders
How can I fix it to not count hidden & system folders

Yes I actually wants to have 4 options

1. count only normal folders in one folder
2. count only normal files in one folder

then with a checkbox "Include subfolders" it must then
3. count all subfolders and skip all hidden folders (usually windows & documents folder)
4. count all normal files in all subfolders

I am busy putting it together. If I don't get it right, I will ask, I like to try it myself first
