Remove blank lines in textfile befor inputing in excel

i have this code but if there are blank spaces at the end of the text file it wont work... is there a way to get this code to removethe blank lines at the end befor it calls it over?

my computer wont let me attach anythig for some reason..

here are the files i dont know if they are goiing to post right..you have to typre 127196 in the userform for it to search that text file
