Copy data from one worksheet to another worksheet with condition

Hello, can someone please help me workout the code to copy column A (Equipment List ID) from worksheet "EquipmentList" to "Test" if Defects column (M) = "No" on the EquipmentList and is not already in Test spreadsheet (don't want duplications in Test worksheet).

The following code copies all the Equipment List ID to the Test worksheet. I want it to only copy the Equipment List ID that has "No" in the Defects column (M).
