Copying listbox entries to Word document

I have a sample workbook attached which contains a listbox on a userfrom. I am trying to get the listbox selections to copy across to a new word document which is created when a button is pressed.

I have seen various bits of code on the internet which suggests methods to do this but I don't yet understand what the code is doing so can't get anything to work.

Could someone please have a look and let me know how to do it. An explanation of what the code is doing would also be appreciated.
