Macro to hide cells with duplicate week number cells

Hi, I want an event macro which hides columns with duplicate week numbers and adds a new column next to the hidden columns with the sum of each adjacent cells of the hidden columns.

Also the columns should be hidden only if the date for the respective week cell is older than the current date.

A sample of the before and after state of my question is attached below:
