VBA code required to disable FIND/REPLACE option as soon as Workbook opens

Dear all,
I want VBA code to disable FIND/REPLACE option as soon as the workbook opens and re-enable it after the workbook is closed.
Once this code is executed, the user must not be able to replace any data using FIND/REPLACE feature.
