Need code to copy and paste a formula a different number of times on each column

I need your super coding skills to help me here.

I need to get a code that could help me achieve the following:

The “Raw Data” tab has an array formula on each cell of row 3, starting on column E and ending on column X. I want the code to copy down (in the same column) each formula a number of times indicated in the cell that is over the formula (see row 2). I want the code to do the same thing in case the number of columns is increased beyond column X.

Then, once the formulas have been copied down on its corresponding column, I need to transpose (copy and paste) the resulting values to the “Report” tab, matching the values according to the Resource number indicated in column A on each row (rows 3 to 18, but the number of rows could be fair higher). All values must be placed one next to each other. Example: for Resource 1 (row 3), the values must be copied starting on cell H3, and continuing on the same row across columns. So, the second value should go on cell I3, the third on J3, and so on.
