create non-repeated worksheets (copy of template) with hyperlinks from main list

I need a macro that creates new worksheets named from a master list on the "Summary" worksheet. Each new worksheet will be a copy of a template. There also needs to be a hyperlink created from the original cells in "Summary" that links to the new worksheet. This macro needs to be able to be run more than once if additional cells are added to the Summary list and, if so, will NOT create new worksheets that have already been created (or list an error saying there already exists such a worksheet)--it will only add new worksheets (and hyperlinks) from the newly added cells on "Summary."
