Macros do not run on protected workbook

Hello,

I have a protected workbook whose macros do not work on my laptop Office 2007; no issues on other computers with office 2007. The macros are turned off when this file is opened, I get "Security Warning Macros have been disabled. Options.". When I click on Options, I get Security Alert stating "This file contains encrypted macros that have been disabled because there is no antivirus software installed that can scan them". I'm using Microsoft Security Essentials. If I remove the password or try on a different computer, there's no issues.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Have you installed 2007 service pack 2 on the offending laptop?
