Hi else,

I've written VBA code to do these types of problems. You will need to delete your top row that has merged cells in it and look at my Sheet1 as a starting place.
Then Run the Macro and it will do what I think you want. See sheet2 in the attached. I'd then add back in the Client column using a table and vlookup. See if this makes sense.
