Put URLs into Excel from open instances of Chrome

I use the below code to grab the URLs from any open instance of IE. Is there any way to change this code to do the same thing in Chrome?

This is very complex, and probably not worth the effort - If you really need to do this, consider making a Chrome extension that gets all the urls and copies them to the clipboard. You'd need to do this in JavaScript, but it should be fairly straightforward.

Otherwise, you'll need to stick with IE
