Inserting path, filename and page number for every tab in the worksheet with just a click.

Hi everyone,

I have a tiny little excel problem here. I used to have this laptop where my boss inserted an icon right next to the "save" button near the top left hand corner. What it does is that it inserts a footer with the entire path "eg: C:/documents/myexcelfile/randomfile" into the file along with the page number for every tab in the worksheet.

I seem to recall he used some macro commands to create the additional "button". Can anyone advise me on how that can be done?
