Click oval option button to fill/unfill color, also change border color to match fill

Hi,
I am looking for help on click an oval option button to fill color and change the border color to match the fill.

If I click a different button, the last clicked button will change back to it's orginal "no fill and border color. At
the same the newly clicked button will add fill color and change border color to match that fill.

There may groups of oval option buttons; the example shows 2 groups.
