Hi Excel Gurus,

Please help me to Split alpha numerals to split from sheet BB and then compare the balances in column B with adding a column has difference using a macro.

I need a code to Split the Alpha numerals from sheet BB and then compare the same using Macro.

Herewith enclosed the working sheet for the reference.

So you just need a macro which would extract the number from column C in BB sheet and paste it in the NKK sheet column C?

This would work for 100 rows just change the 100 in the macro to any no. of rows you want...

Are you having raw data in sheet NKK? because CCY and Deal No. is already separated there...so do you enter data in NKK sheet in this format only or CCY and deal No. are combined together?

Both are raw data from different source that is the reason both are having the same data. But the sheet bb is having deal no with ccy.

So instead of splitting CCY and Deal no. form the BB sheet....cant we just copy the data from the NKK sheet?...as you said they are the same

Hi sourabh,

The macro you have provided IS working fine however I both the data will be in different columns so when it compares it is giving the wrong difference.

Kindly check and provide me the fix

Hi excel gurus,

I have a macro where it is splitting the alpha numerals and getting me the difference between 2 sheets.

However if the numerals where in two different rows in both the sheet it is providing me the results wrongly.

Kindly help me to get the difference between both the sheet balances for the respective deals correctly
