VBA or Lookup need to compare and update and select from dropdown Is it Possible

    Hi Guys
I have a sheet called DropShip with stock data in it
    A1 SKU
    F1 Total Cost
    J1 Sale Price
    I1 Stock Drop Down List

Located on separate sheet AllFees W1:W8
    In Stock -Listed
    In Stock -Stopped
    Out of Stock - Listed
    Out of Stock - Stopped
    Out of Stock - Removed
    Discontinued - Stopped
    Discontinued - Removed
    Back Order - Stopped
    Back Order - Removed

Live data sheet from suppler called New Data
    A1 SKU
    G1 Total Cost
    H1 Sale Price
I1 Report =In Stock, Out of Stock, No Longer Listed
I need a solution to for everytime I update / refresh data on NewData sheet the prices are checked against the Sku and the prices updated to the new values in F1 & J1. Also check stock level
If it report In Stock do nothing
If it report Out of Stock update to show ‘Out of Stock – Stopped’
If it reports No Longer Listed to show ‘Discontinued – Stopped’

Please note DropShip is an Excel table and wil grow
NewData not a table but grows as well

Also i would like to know if it is possible to avoid duplicate SKU's being entered via hand or copy paste on both sheets (compare skus both stock sheets)

I have posted this on MrExcel see link but had no replies http://www.mrexcel.com/forum/excel-q...-possible.html

Please can you tell me if it is possible and how can i complete it

    Cheers Dale

Attaching a sample workbook enables others to work on your problem:

To attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include BEFORE/AFTER sheets if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.
