    Display "TEXT" in "Values" field in PIVOT TABLE using VBA!!

    Hello Pals!!
    I am searching for something which i don't know if its possible or not.
    I want to know if we can display TEXT in Values field in Pivot Table...
    i know its not possible manually but using VBA, is it possible??
    ANyone?? EXPERTS??

    Hi meus,

    Not sure if I understand what you're saying. So you have text that you want to summarise? What values should be in the value field if there are more than 1 text entry matching the row item?

    No. Pivot tables require numeric data to be aggregated. They don't use text in the values area.

    However if you're using code, why do you need an actual pivot table?
