Check for Active X control resource file and if it does not exist create it

Hello,

I have created an excel workbook that requires this file: C:\Windows\SysWOW64\MSCOMCT2.OCX.

I can use the following to determine whether or not the file exists, however I am not sure how to create this file:

    If Dir("c:\windows\syswow64\mscomct2.ocx") = "" Then
        'Create the missing file
    End If

Please advise.
