auto paste data after webform textbox is clicked

hi great ones,

I work using excel wherein my data are placed and transferred on a web form. I was given the idea on this forum on how to autocopy data using activecell.copy and I could paste that data by pressing ctrl+v on the textbox of the webform...my question, how can i auto paste the process such that once I click the textbox on the webform, it will paste the copied data from excel? I am using excel 2003...thank you so much for any help in advance.

Don't think I will be able to help as I am not familiar with what a "web form" is.

It's likely not as simple as that, you really need to automate Internet Explorer. Something like this:
