Hi all
I have this marco with a number of shapes that click and work perfectly except that when I expanded a particular table and added another shape for this click marco it now doesn't work on any of the shapes! Can't work out why. It doesn't even get as far as saving.
Any suggestions??
It highlights here: ThisWorkbook.SaveAs Filename:="C:\Completed Project Reviews\" & Range("AI1").Value & "\" & Range("AH1").Value & ".xls"

Run-time error '1004 (file could not be accessed)
I didn't include this because I didn't want to throw anyone off the solution - I don't think access is the problem because when I go back to the previous version (before I extended the table and added another shape for the marco) it accesses the files fine, saves a copy and prepares the email perfectly.
Its the change I made thats throwing off the marco. I'm not very VBA literate so I'm blind to what I've done..
Could you please comment out all those line with "On error go to..." and run macro again to see where exactly it stops? And could you give me the information what do you have in cells "AI1" and AH1. Maybe you can provide me with an example file with the macro?

Thanks for the help. I feel I should apologise - I was looking for a zebra when it was just a horse: in moving the columns and making room in the table I shifted the cells AI1, AH1 etc. along so it was looking in a blank cell for a file name!
