    what is wrong with the code ?

    Formula: copy to clipboard 
     ActiveCell.Offset(0, -1).Value = ActiveCell.Offset(0, -2) * ActiveCell(F2) / ActiveCell(F3) - ActiveCell.Offset(0, -3)
