Combine lines and then delete

Hello,

I am trying to figure out how to do this via VBA and am struggling. I have a spreadsheet with hundreds of lines that is laid out as follows

Name in Column A
Rate in Column I
Account in Column P
Account Description in Column Q
Currency In Column R

What I am trying to do is sum Columns B thru H and J through O (which are all numbers) if Column P and Column Q are the same. Column A, I, and R will be the same on both lines so I would need to carry this information down as well into the newly created summed line.

Once the summed line is created, I would like to delete the lines that were used to sum it so I am only left with one combined line.

Any help would certainly be appreciated!

Used concatenate and sumif to get where I needed to.
