Copy Data from one worksheet to bottom of another worksheet

I have the VBA code that will copy all remaining rows to another worksheet however if there is only one line to copy, it tries to pick up the entire worksheet and then won't work. Each day there could be no lines to copy, one line or several. I need it to work in any case. Here is the code I have so far.

Try to check if the sheet is empty first and then copy.
