    Email trigger on expired date

Hi, I'm very new to excel programming. I'm trying to find a VBA script to trigger an email when an date is expired. I have a training spread sheet with our subcontractors details including their training. I have looked on the net for the sample script but cant find anything.

    The problem:

I keep the details of the training on a worksheet called "Training Records"

    Column B is first name
    Column C is surname
    Column D is employer

I enter the expiry date of everyone's training and have used conditional formatting so that 59 days before expiry of the certificate the cell is coloured "Yellow", certificates current and not expiring within 60 days, the cells are green. Those certificates where the dates have expired, the cell is coloured red.

I want to trigger an email reminder before the training certificates expire. I set the dates in column H, this can be Now() +15 or what ever.
I have the employers email address in Column G.

I have heading for each training certificate for example

    Column L H&S Training
    Column M Asbestos Awareness
    Column N PASMA
    Column O Easi Dec
    Column P Manual Handling
    Column Q Face Fit
    Column S Safety Harness
Note, I may need to add other columns with similar headings later.

What I need to do is when the training is about to expire under each column an automated email will be sent to the employer (Subcontractor) as well as our Training Manager (I will need to set this up in the code.

For example Joe Maloney working for CPD, Asbestos training expires in 59 days, generate email with body text "Your Asbestos Awareness certificate expires in 59 days, please arrange training".

Mike Foster working for CHR Roofing, Manual Handling certificates runs out in 59 days, generate email with body text Your Asbestos Awareness certificate expires in 59 days, please arrange training". This will know doubt need the range specifying, but would prefer by column.

I would be sooooooo grateful if anyone could help me. I absolutely love excel and love challenges too, but this one is a challenge to far at the moment.

    Thanks a million

    Vinny
