    Create sheets based on range

    Hello everybody
    In my attachment I have client names in range("B2:B45") I want to create sheets named (Sheet & number of client) so the sheets will be Sheet1 , Sheet2 and son on.
    In the sheet created I want the same sample as illustrated in the attachment..
